For the past 15 years we have been involved in the Property Development space, some of these projects we have done individually and some in small syndicates with family and friends. In the past 5 years we have had dealings with Mr Ray Werden. Ray is a former Accountant, Financial Planner and now a full time Property Development Syndicator who runs “arm chair property development” syndicates for his clients.
Ray has completed 7 projects and is currently running 13 sydicates; we have invested in a couple over the years as well doing the accounting for one of the offers. We have watched while Ray has polished a well-managed investment model which can deliver very high returns.
Ray has opened up his latest development on the corner of High and Anthony Streets in Glen Iris to my clients to invest in via a company that we will coordinate.
